Information we handle
This website has no forms, accounts or checkout. The main way to reach us is by phone. When you call, we may receive your phone number and the details you choose to share about the property and the damage.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call or end the call.
Website use
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
Pages on this site embed a Google Map and load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads those items, your browser connects to Google, which has its own privacy policy.
How information is used
- To answer your call, understand the damage and send a crew.
- To explain scope and price before work starts.
- To keep records of the work performed and to improve call handling and training.
- To meet legal and insurance documentation needs when you ask us to supply them.
Sharing
Information from your call is shared with the restoration professionals who are sent to your property, and with service providers that help operate the phone line and website. We share information when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep call and job records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above. California residents may have rights under California privacy law to ask what information a business holds about them and to request deletion in certain cases. To make a request, email contact@westhillswaterdamagepros.com or call (818) 337-2642.
Children
This site and phone line are intended for property owners and occupants who are adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date of the site when we do. Questions about this policy can go to West Hills Water Damage Pros, 22950 Vanowen St, West Hills, CA 91307, or to contact@westhillswaterdamagepros.com.
